- Minimum stay of 01 month / Maximum 12 months
- Non-refundable first month rental prepayment is required upon reservation
- Deposit is required upon confirmation; one month rental charge for booking staying for 1-7 months, two month charge for booking staying for 8-12 months
- Payment can be made by local cheque or bank transfer
- Once booking was confirmed and guaranteed by payment, NO CANCELLATION will be allowed
- Rental deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after check out if any
