1.How is the deposit calculated?
Ans: For personal contract, 1 month’s room rate as deposit is required for 2 months or below stay. And 2 month’s room rate as deposit is required for above 2 months stay. For company contract(HK Registered Company Only), 1 month’s room rate as deposit is required for below 7 months stay. And 2 month’s room rate as deposit is required for 7 months or below stay.
2.Maxium stay period?
Ans: 12 months.
3.How to pay for long stay package?
Ans: The first payment includes prepayment for the room and deposit.
