Terms and conditions:
- A minimum of 7 consecutive nights stay is required otherwise BAR rate (Best Available Rate) to be applied from first night of stay.
- A minimum of 30 consecutive nights stay is required to enjoy the special monthly offer.
- A minimum extension of 30 consecutive nights’ stay is required to enjoy the special monthly offer, and the benefits of breakfast voucher and pound wash allowance.
- No cooking is allowed. *only food reheating is allowed in suites, please avoid cooking with strong smell*
- Rate is inclusive of 10% service charge.
- All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- Full prepayment is required upon contract signed.
- Prepayment can be made by credit card, cash, bank draft or wire directly to Hotel bank account.
- Prepayment is neither refundable nor transferable.
- A deposit of HK$3,000 is required upon check-in to cover all incidental charges incurred during the stay at hotel. Hotel will collect additional deposit should account balance exceeds the first deposit amount.
- Any cancellations or no-shows will result in a penalty fee equivalent to the entire stay’s room charge.
- Any amendment to arrival or departure date, Hotel reserves the right to adjust the room rate according to the Hotel available rate.
- Advance reservation is required and rooms are subject to availability.
