- Monthly rent is calculated based on a calendar month.
- Prices are quoted based on individual check-in dates and are for reference only.

- Monthly rent includes water, electricity, management fees, rates, taxes, and service charges.
- Room cleaning service is provided twice a week (excluding kitchen utensils, glassware, and cutlery), bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week.
- The lobby has 24-hour security.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms.
- Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
- Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, cheque, and credit card (with an additional 3% handling fee).
- Once the reservation is confirmed and payment is guaranteed, the reservation cannot be canceled.
- The V Group reserves the right to change the room if it is not suitable for occupancy.
- Guests must not engage in any illegal activities within The V Group.
- Guests agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The V Group.
- Guests agree to maintain the good condition of the room and furniture. Upon termination of the lease, the room should be returned in the same good condition as it was at the beginning of the lease.
- If guests violate any of The V Group’s rules and regulations, The V Group reserves the right to revoke their room privileges and may demand compensation for any losses incurred.

1.How is the deposit calculated?
Ans: 1 month’s rent as deposit for stays of 1 to 6 months and 2 months’ rent for stays of 6 months or more.
2.Maxium stay period?
Ans: 12 months.
3.How to pay for long stay package?
Ans: The first month’s rent and deposit are paid at the time of booking, and the rent is paid monthly thereafter.
4. The displayed price, why is the price different after inquiring?
The prices of serviced residences are also different for high floors and low floors. Therefore, after the rental department checks the house, if there are no low floors, or the flattest room type is the most full, the correct quotation will be displayed to Runhotel readers prices vary.
