1. How is the deposit calculated?
Ans: You only need to use cash / credit card to authorize the pre-payment of HKD$3,000 when you check in
2. How long can the guests stay for?
Ans: 180 nights
3. How to pay for long-term rental? (e.g. need to pay in full?)
Ans: The first payment will incur during the first month of the contract period. If the first month’s stay is less than 30 nights, a one-time payment including the rent of next month is required.
