Answer:If you rent a hotel, you must book at least 30-nights. You can decide to extend according to your needs after 30-nights stay. Generally, you can rent for 32,-nights 40-nights, or 50-nights. It is not necessary to rent for 2-months.

Answer:The biggest difference is that serviced apartments will have kitchen for daily cooking while some of them may also have a private washer and dryer inside the room.  But hotels room doesn’t.
