• 必需首次向個別酒店查詢月租時，已表明是 Runhotel 讀者的身份，酒店才能確定為 Runhotel 網站轉介之客人。如經本網站查詢之前，曾用任何其它方式向酒店查詢，例如但不限於電郵、電話、任何通訊工具、其他網站、透過任何中介，或曾直接聯絡酒店之客人，因已不是 Runhotel 向酒店轉介的客戶，所以並不會獲得超市禮券。
• 預訂後才向酒店說明是 Runhotel 讀者並不會獲得超市禮券
• 只限首次預訂該酒店之月租計劃 （續租不計算）。
• 只限預訂 Rent.runhotel.hk 網站內指定的月租酒店，才會獲得超市禮券。
• 每個預訂獲得一次超市禮券。
• 超市禮券會於入住酒店期間，經酒店送給入住之客人。
• 入住酒店 14 天內如收不到超市禮券，請電郵至  Rent@runhotel.hk，退房後 Runhotel 絕不補發超市禮券。 
• Runhotel 對每個成功轉介並獲超市禮券的客人保留最終決定權，不得異議。
